How can I purchase tickets?
What is your refund policy?
Under most circumstances, we do not process refunds unless a show is cancelled. Please contact Eventbrite directly at (415) 798-2350 with any refund requests.
Are tickets transferable?
Tickets are not transferable.
Where are my Mobile or Print-at-Home tickets?
You can find them in your email or on the Eventbrite app. The only tickets we print are Will Call tickets.
Where and when can I pick up my Will Call tickets?
You can pick up your Will Call tickets at the box office on the night of your show. If you wish to have your tickets in advance, select either Mobile or Print-at-Home options at the time of purchase.
Do you sell gift certificates?
No, we do not sell gift certificates at this time.
Why can’t I buy tickets for tonight’s show online?
Online sales close when doors to the show open. You will be able to purchase tickets at the Box Office, while supplies last. Otherwise, the event may be sold out. In which case, give us a call at (412) 682-0177. It’s always best to purchase your tickets in advance!
Can you confirm a ticket purchased from another outlet?
We cannot confirm a ticket purchased from any outlet other than our venues, Eventbrite, our promotion partners, and our ticketing outlets. Please be careful when it comes to third-party ticketing outlets and online sales! Even Facebook event pages are riddled with scammers. We do our best to filter them to protect our customers, but some may slip through. So, it is best to buy directly from Roxian Live venues and our partners.
I have a condition/injury/handicap that requires special consideration. Are your venues handicap accessible? How do I purchase ADA seating?
Both of our venues are handicap accessible and we’d be more than happy to help you find the best seats to accommodate your needs. Please email our Box Office at firstname.lastname@example.org with the event you would like to attend, and details of the accommodations you require.
Where are the door/show times for an event listed?

What type of payment do your venues accept?
Our venues accept all credit cards and of course, cash money.
Is there an ATM at the venue?
No, but there is a bank right next door!
How old do you have to be to attend shows at your venues?
The majority of events at Roxian Theatre are all-ages. Thunderbird Café & Music Hall events are 21+, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or unless otherwise specified. Please make note of this when purchasing tickets. If you are bringing children under the age of 17, they must be accompanied by an adult at all times, or else we’ll put them to work!
Do I need an ID to enter the venue?
If there is any age restriction on an event, like 18+ or 21+, you need an ID to enter the venue. You also need proof of ID if you are 21+ and would like to purchase alcohol from our bar.
At what age does my child need a ticket?
Children over the age of 3 require a ticket. Concerts are loud, so please consider proper ear protection. Same goes for you adults, too—keep your ears safe!
Do your venues have seats?
Roxian Theatre is typically set up as a General Admission standing floor with a Reserved Seated balcony. Please refer to the ticketing details of the specific event you are interested in for clarification. Thunderbird Café & Music Hall is has standing general admission floor with a limited amount of café seating, unless specified. If you have a disability or health issue that requires seating, please email our Box Office at email@example.com.
Do your venues offer food and drinks?
Roxian Theatre has a small selection of concessions options. There is more to be announced for this venue, though! Thunderbird Café & Music Hall has a full concessions menu, featuring street food handhelds, pizza, and so much more.
Can I bring outside food/beverage?
Outside food/beverage will not be permitted inside Roxian Live venues.
What is the camera/video/audio policy?
The photo/video policy is determined by the artist and is typically not determined until day-of-show. Generally, non-professional cameras are permitted. You can inquire about the photo policy by emailing the Box Office at firstname.lastname@example.org. Professional audio or video recording is only permitted with prior approval from the artist.
Do you have a coat check?
Neither of our venues have a coat check.
Can I bring my bag into the venue?
You are permitted to bring in small handbags. Please do not bring your backpack or Mary Poppins-sized purse.
What is your smoking policy?
Please do not smoke inside. We have designated smoking areas at each venue, to which our staff will be happy to direct you.
Is there re-entry?
Yes, there is re-entry at both venues.

What is prohibited at the venue?
Cans, bottles, glass, outside food or drinks, large bags or backpacks, weapons of any kind, illegal drugs, laser pointers, video recorders, large or professional cameras, stickers, flyers, markers, glow sticks, projectiles.
